Heavy Duty Servo-Controlled Automatic Surface Grinding Machine made by Equiptop (Taiwan), Model ESG-6150ASD-II, available in excellent working condition. This is a programmable surface grinder equipped with Mitsubishi Servo Motors for the Cross (Y) and Vertical (Z) axes. The machine is fitted with a 600 mm × 1500 mm Magnetic Chuck and has a maximum workpiece capacity of 1482 kg. It features Automatic Surface Grinding and Automatic Plunge Grinding cycles, Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) Handwheel for Y & Z axis movements, and Digital Position Displays for both axes, making it highly suitable for precision grinding of large components with excellent repeatability. The machine is complete with a Magnetic & Paper Band Coolant Filtration Unit and Splash Guards.
